Signature Global The Millennia I — I'm looking at this project for investment. Everyone talks about its capital appreciation post-completion, but honestly, what's the real rental yield scene here? Log kehte hain 3-4% mil jaata hai, but actual figures kya hain? Resale market kitna liquid hai? Ek baar le liya toh exit karna easy hoga ya phans jaunga? Seems like a lot of investors bought in pre-launch, ab end-users kitne hain? Ghost society toh nahi ban jayegi? Change my mind.

I totally agree with the original post. My cousin bought in Signature Global Park in Sector 81, near Badshahpur, and the promised rentals never materialized. He's struggling to even cover his EMI.
