Signature Global The Millennia mein clubhouse aur sports facilities ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein toh sab dikhta hai, but daily use mein kitna useful hai? Yaar, log bolte hain bas show-off ke liye hota hai. Aur maintenance charges ke against service quality kaisi hai? Worth it hai ya bas extra paisa jaata hai? Possession date 2026-03-01 hai, which is still quite far. Given Signature Global's past projects, what are the chances of delays? Has anyone heard anything specific about Millennia's construction progress?
U10, delays are common but RERA is there for a reason. You can track the project progress on the RERA website regularly. For Millennia, it's GGM, so check there. Also, try to do a site visit, not just the sample flat, but the actual construction site. Sometimes, you can gauge the progress and potential delays better that way. Don't rely solely on what the sales team tells you.
Delays toh almost har project mein hote hain, especially affordable housing mein. Builder ko time lagta hai clear karne mein.

Aur jab mila, toh amenities ka toh naam hi nahi tha, bas basic facilities thi. Maintenance charges bhi itne high hain ki log use hi nahi karte. Signature Global ka bhi aisa hi kuch reputation hai, toh soch samajh ke decision lena.

U7, generally Signature Global projects mein one car parking allocated hoti hai per unit. But make sure to check your agreement, kabhi kabhi extra charges laga dete hain. Aur maintenance charges ke upar bhi dhyan dena, unka breakdown kya hai.

Gurugram mein property prices already high hain, aur interest rates bhi badh rahe hain. Kya pata tab tak market aur down ho jaye, ya aur better options aa jayen. I'd say, thoda wait kar lo ya resale mein dekho, you might get better value for money.

Mera ek dost Signature Global Park mein rehta hai, usne bataya ki swimming pool saalon se band pada hai aur gym mein equipment bhi puraane ho gaye hain. Millennia ka bhi same haal na ho jaye.
Dekho, the project is still ONGOING, RERA GGM hai. Abhi toh sab naya-naya lagega. Asliyat toh possession ke baad hi pata chalti hai jab maintenance shuru hota hai. Be careful with these promises.
