Signature Global Orchard Avenue: Daily comfort, not just show
Visited Signature Global Orchard Avenue last week. Kids have moved out, so we're looking to downsize to a low-maintenance flat. My main concern is ki society mein living experience for older people kaisi hai. Elevators reliable hain? Nearby hospital access kitna easy hai? Aur maintenance charges kitne lagte hain monthly? On paper, amenities look good, but are they genuinely useful for daily life, ya bas dikhawe ke hain? Any current residents can share their honest experience?

Signature Global ka track record mixed suna hai, especially for timely possession. Aur 65-75 L for a low-maintenance flat in that area? Thoda high side lag raha hai, even for a completed project. RERA number 11 OF 2017 toh hai, but completion ke baad bhi quality issues sunne
Totally relate! My parents are also looking to downsize. Elevator reliability and hospital access are non-negotiable for senior citizens. Hope someone can share their experience on this project.
