Been doing site visits for Signature Global Park 1 for weeks. I'm in real estate, know builder tricks. But yaar, even during construction, walls and wiring points bilkul rough lag rahe hain. Worried about post-possession issues. What specific red flags should I check during these under-construction visits? Others ki kya experience hai?

Totally agree! I visited last month and the finishing looked very shoddy. Plaster work was terrible.
