Signature Global Park 1 elevators are a gamble

Last year I thought Signature Global Park 1 Sohna was a done deal, but buying for myself is next level tension. I work in the biz, so I know the spiel, par real talk: lift ka scene kaisa hai? Brochure mein high-speed bolte hain, but actual usage aur maintenance response time kitna fast hai? Koi rehta hai wahan, please batao. Aur maintenance charges ka kya haal hai? Sirf bill aata hai ya service bhi milti hai? Is it value for money ya bas naam ka?
