Signature Global Park amenities: Am I expecting too much?
Is Signature Global Park 4 And 5 Phase II what they really promised? Just moved in last month, possession was in March, and I'm honestly a bit confused. The brochure showed so much more for the clubhouse, like a proper indoor games setup, but it feels pretty bare now. Not sure if it's still under development or if this is it. Things nobody told me, right? Also, the water supply seems a bit inconsistent, not sure if it's just our tower or a society-wide thing. And the maintenance charges are quite high; do others feel the services match up? What's your first-hand experience been like with promised amenities versus what you actually got there?

My cousin faced something similar in a project near Badshahpur. The promised landscaped gardens are still just barren land two years later. Maintenance charges are always high, but you get nothing for it.
Total units for Signature Global Park 4 & 5 Phase II are 864. If OP has moved in, it can't be fully occupied. This early possession thing is fishy. And the water issue, that's a basic necessity, not an amenity. If that's inconsistent, it's a major problem. Is the builder giving any assurances about completing the amenities?

Bhai, did you really move in already? I thought this project, Signature Global Park 4 & 5 Phase II, ka official possession date toh September 2024 hai na, as per RERA? RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/572/304/2022/47. I'm so confused now. Kya builder ne kisi ko jaldi possession de diya hai ya kuch aur baat hai?
