Signature Global Park II: Mohali investors, what's the real ground situation?

Since getting Signature Global Park II possession in March, I'm eyeing long-term ROI. Prices moved, but what's the actual rental yield like? How liquid is the resale market for these units in 3-5 years?

Bhai, Mohali mein Signature Global Park II? Uski toh reputation Gurgaon mein mixed reviews wali hai, especially for timely delivery. Aur possession abhi March mein kaise mil gaya? Mujhe toh laga ye project 2029-03-01 ka hai, as per RERA records. Thoda confusion hai yahaan.
