Honestly, I'm second-guessing my Signature Global Prime investment a bit. Just bought a unit there a few months back, aur ab lag raha hai ki resale potential kya hoga? Builder ka track record toh theek hai, par what about long-term capital appreciation for this specific project? Any first-hand experiences on their delivery timelines ya exits?

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Gurgaon, fed up of renting yaar. Signature Global Prime looks interesting, price around 88L for a 3BHK. I'm thinking purely from an investor angle. Has anyone tracked its capital appreciation since launch? Kya returns mil rahe hain? And practical rental yield kitna hai, like what can one actually expect per month? Also, Signature Global ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Don't want to get stuck with delays. Need opinions on its ROI potential.

₹90 lakh for my Signature Global Prime flat. Possession ke baad, builder ne maintenance mein hidden charges laga diye. Brochure mein amenities free dikhaye the. Mera ROI toh gaya. Anyone else facing this in Gurugram?
