Signature Global Proxima mein clubhouse facilities kitni useful hain for actual tenants? I'm thinking about long-term ROI. Parking allocation ka bhi real scene kya hai, is it a headache for future buyers ya investors? Does good amenity quality truly justify higher premium prices and attract tenants easily?

Dekho, Proxima mein 2192 units hain, itni units ke liye parking aur common areas ka management bahut crucial hai. Maine ek similar project mein dekha hai, initial hype ke baad maintenance issues aur crowded facilities ek major problem ban jaati hain
Mujhe toh Proxima ki amenities list dekh ke bahut hype ho gaya tha! Swimming pool, gym, community hall... sab kuch hai. But kya ye sab really long-term value add karta hai ya bas initially tenants attract karne ke liye hai? Budget thoda stretch ho raha hai in sab ke liye.
Aajkal Gurugram market mein competition bahut hai. The key is if these amenities are actually functional and well-maintained after possession. Sirf list dekh ke mat jao, ground reality dekho.

Nahi yaar, I think amenities are a big deal for tenants, especially families. Good amenities mean better rental yield and easier to find tenants. My friend rented out his flat near Airport Road, and the first thing people asked about was the clubhouse.
Totally agree! RERA number toh dikh raha hai (GGM/386/118/2020/02), but possession date 2026 hai, kaafi wait hai. Kya lagta hai time pe milega?
