Been renting for almost 7 years now, honestly fed up. Thinking of buying in Gurgaon, maybe Signature Global Proxima. Brochure mein toh sab kuch looks great, especially the clubhouse and green areas. But real mein, after possession, kitna difference hota hai? Has anyone bought here or in similar projects? Are the promised amenities actually usable daily, ya bas show-off ke liye hain? Aur maintenance charges ke against service kaisi milti hai? Is it worth it?

Bhai, similar situation here! I'm also looking at Proxima but Signature Global ka track record thoda mixed suna hai. Brochure photos are always tempting, but I've seen projects jahan clubhouses bas naam ke hote hain. Gurgaon mein toh builders ka yahi haal hai, high promises aur delivery mein compromise.
