My wife's main priority is the kids' school admission for next year, so proximity to good schools is super important. Is the neighbourhood around Proxima actually safe for children to play outside? I'm worried about the general noise levels too, seeing how much construction is still happening nearby. We visited the site, and the amenities looked decent on paper, but are they genuinely well-maintained, or just for show? I mean, a swimming pool is great, but if it's always dirty, what's the point?
