Okay, I'll be honest — Signature Global Proxima mein invest karna thoda risky lag raha hai ab. I took possession two months back, after booking pre-launch around ₹65L. My initial thought was ki builder ka track record theek hai, so capital appreciation achhi milegi. But ab, after moving in, rental market mein utna traction nahi hai. My target rental yield was around 3.5%, but getting even 2.5% is tough. Resale potential bhi abhi slow lag raha hai, kuch khas buyers nahi dikh rahe. Is it just me ya sabko aisa lag raha hai?
