Yaar, I felt the same. Signature Global Proxima sounded great on paper, especially the price range of ₹72 L – ₹74 L for a first-time buyer like me. But abhi jab dekho toh, secondary market mein activity bahut slow lag rahi hai. Mera budget tight hai, toh resale value mere liye bohot important hai.
