Signature Global quality is always a gamble

My lease ends in 3 months and I'm seriously fed up with renting in Gurugram. Finally taking the plunge to buy, probably a 2BHK around Dwarka Expressway or Sohna Road. I'm looking at Signature Global, maybe Orchard Avenue 2. Anyone have experience with their construction quality? Like, common issues after possession? Not sure if their delivery track record is solid either. And those post-possession maintenance charges... are they reasonable or extortion? Need some real opinions before I commit.
