Since last year I've been eyeing Signature Global Titanium SPR in Sohna. My parents keep pushing this as an investment, but honestly, the prices are already ₹5 Cr+ for an under-construction project. While it's good they have a valid RERA number (GGM/831/563/2024/58), it doesn't guarantee early delivery. My advice would be to factor in at least a 1-2 year delay beyond even that RERA date for any under-construction project, just to be safe. That's what I learned from my experience with a project in Baharampur Naya.
Parents pushing for investment is a classic Indian story, haha.
