Signature Global Twin Tower DXP mein invest karna worth it hai kya, Mohali mein? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 66, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa. My budget is around ₹5-6 Cr, already have a home loan. Dekh raha hu Signature Global Twin Tower DXP aur Emaar Amaris ko. Signature Global ka price toh kaafi high hai, ₹5.30 Cr se shuru. Emaar Amaris (ongoing) thoda better lag raha hai price-wise. But possession ka kya scene hai? Signature Global ka status 'null' hai, matlab ready-to-move ya near possession? Emaar toh abhi ongoing hai, delays ka risk hai na? Builder ka track record Mohali mein kaisa hai, especially for timely delivery? Aur carpet area efficiency kiski better hai? Matlab, will I actually get more usable space for that premium? Any experiences, bhaiyo?

Is that premium really justified for the actual living experience? Kya wahan ka carpet area efficient hai, ya sirf fancy spaces hain? Daily commute for office ya school proximity kesi hai? Already have a home loan, so I need to be sure the price jump is worth it for genuine livability, not just paper value.
