Sikanderpur living: What brochures don't tell you

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options around Gurugram. Fed up of renting yaar, landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. My EMI vs rent math is getting serious. I'm looking at Sikanderpur, brochures toh sab accha dikhate hain. But ground reality kya hai? Wahan rehne ya commute karne ka experience kaisa hai? Traffic ka kya scene hai daily? Koi hidden issues ya construction quality problems jo brochures mein nahi batate? Is it worth the premium for connectivity? Not sure if I should commit there.
