Silverglades amenities don't justify the maintenance
Honestly, I'm completely fed up with this whole real estate game after being a renter for so long. Finally taking the plunge, I'm looking at Silverglades Hightown Residences as an investment. But I'm worried about the 'premium' amenities. Does a fancy clubhouse actually attract good tenants or just inflate maintenance? And what about security systems – are they robust, or just for show? Parking allocation is another concern for potential renters. Did anyone find these truly justified the cost, or are they just marketing fluff?
