Silverglades Hightown: Real construction and maintenance experience?
2.5 years since our kids moved out, we're finally looking to downsize from our big house. Considering a 3BHK at Silverglades Hightown Residences. Seems manageable. My main worry is construction quality after a few years. Are issues like plaster cracks or seepage common? And how are the elevators – do they break down often? We really need reliable lifts. Also, are the maintenance charges actually worth the service? Don't want to pay a lot for slow repairs or neglected common areas. Any residents can share their experience?

Hightown? Bhai, 5.8 Cr se start hai, that's a huge budget for first-time buyers like us. And Silverglades ka track record bhi mixed reviews wala hai. Construction quality ka issue toh har naye project mein sunne ko milta hai, especially with plaster cracks after a couple of monsoons. I'm worried about that too.
Totally agree U1. My friend bought in Sector 65, same issues after 2 years. Builders promise a lot but delivery is another story
