Silverglades Hightown residents: What's your ground reality?
Silverglades Hightown Residences — possession was in March, and I've been here about two months now. Honestly, the green areas aren't quite what the brochure showed; feels a bit cramped. Also, the security system is okay, but visitor management is clunky sometimes. And water supply? We've had a few tanker days already, which is worrying. Is this normal for new projects in Gurgaon? Anyone else facing this at Silverglades or similar societies?

Yaar, this is exactly what I'm worried about! I'm also a first-time buyer and Silverglades Hightown was on my radar, but the brochure vs. reality always scares me. Green areas ka toh sabse zyada issue rehta hai. But wait, you said possession in March? I thought its official RERA possession date was much later, like 2025? Am I missing something?
