Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – ab Silverglades Tarudhan Valley dekhne gaye. Ek tip: parking allocation bilkul check karna. Brochure mein jo dikhate hain, woh actual mein kitna milta hai, especially kids ke liye safe space? Aur green areas bhi, sirf marketing shots nahi. My wife was surprised kitna difference hota hai site pe. Hope this helps someone.

Honestly, for that price range (₹3.6 Cr – ₹5.3 Cr), I'd expect top-notch everything, including dedicated, ample, and safe parking. And green spaces that are actually usable, not just for show. Maybe look into projects closer to Basai, they might have better space utilization for families and kids, though prices are also climbing there.
Sahi keh rahe ho, U8. It's a minefield out there. My biggest fear is getting stuck with a project that's delayed forever or doesn't deliver what was promised. The total units in Tarudhan Valley are 141, that's not a huge society, so maybe management is easier? But the parking issue is a red flag.
This is why I'm so confused. Every project I visit, kuch na kuch catch nikal jaata hai. Either the price is too high, or amenities are compromised. I'm looking near Badshahpur, but even there, the developers are showing concept art instead of actual progress. What's a first-time buyer to do?
Silverglades Tarudhan Valley? Isn't that a really old project? Like, possession date 2007 ki hai uski. It's a completed project, so brochure vs reality shouldn't be a shocker now, right? Maybe it's just the wear and tear over time. What's the RERA number for such an old project?
U4, U5, U6, you guys are right. Older projects can have hidden costs. My uncle bought in Baharampur Naya a few years back, and the society funds for repairs are always high. Plus, kids' play areas are often neglected. Current market mein toh naye projects mein bhi parking aur amenities ka issues hain, especially in Gurugram where space is premium.
U5, exactly! Old projects have their charm, but maintenance and updates become a huge factor. Aur RERA number toh ab har project ko lena padta hai, old or new. But 2007 possession matlab infrastructure bhi puraana hoga. Kids' safety in an older, resort-style setup needs extra thought.
Haan, U4, it's an old one. But even old projects ka initial layout and amenities toh same rehte hain. RERA number hai iska: RERA-GRG-684-2020. I think they got it recently because of some re-registrations. Price range bhi ₹3.6 Cr – ₹5.3 Cr hai, for 141 units. Seems a bit steep for an older property, even with a golf course.
Totally relate! Hum bhi Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe ek project dekhne gaye the, brochure mein lagta hai poora forest mil raha hai. Site pe toh bas kuch potted plants dikhe. Ye parking wala point toh bahut valid hai, especially for kids. Kitna space tha actual mein Tarudhan Valley mein?
U1, actual mein parking spots were very limited, aur car movement bhi kafi congested laga. Kids ke liye safe cycling ya play area toh mushkil hi hai wahan, except for designated club areas jo additional charge karte honge. Green areas bhi mostly golf course ke liye hain, residents ke access ke liye nahi. It's more of a resort feel than a family home.
Bhai, wahi toh problem hai. They show open spaces, but then cars are everywhere. Tarudhan Valley toh golf resort hai na? Wahan bhi parking ka issue? I thought such high-end places manage it better.
