Society maintenance charges in Gurgaon feel like a black hole sometimes. My kids have moved out, so my wife and I are selling our big house and looking for a smaller, manageable 3 BHK. We're seriously considering Silverglades The Ivy, but I'm really worried about actual construction quality. You see all these fancy amenities in brochures, but does it really hold up after a year or two? We don't want to deal with constant seepage or fitting issues. And maintenance, is it value for money or just high charges for basic service? We need reliable elevators and good security too, especially with hospitals nearby. Any real-world experiences with Silverglades The Ivy or similar projects? Our resale is almost done, so we need to decide soon.
Did a site visit to Silverglades The Ivy last weekend. Fed up of renting, so finally taking the plunge. Looks great on paper, but I'm wondering about the actual daily living experience. Neighbourhood mein schools aur markets kitne paas hain? Aur maintenance charges kya chal rahe hain? Is it genuinely good to live in, ya sirf show-off hai?
