Silverglades The Laburnum — everyone talks about its prime location, but I'm honestly worried about the actual amenities. Builders show these amazing clubhouses and green spaces, right? But are they genuinely usable daily, or just stay deserted after a year, with us paying crazy maintenance? My parents keep saying don't just look at the brochures. Is the construction quality even good, or will I see cracks and seepage after the first monsoon? Tell me your experiences, please.
