Is Simran Resident truly good for daily living, ya sirf brochure mein accha dikhta hai? Kids have moved out, so I'm selling my big house. Looking for a compact, manageable flat, aur Simran Resident ₹5.5 Cr ka option dekh raha hoon. Meri priority hai ki society peaceful ho, maintenance zyada na ho, aur hospital paas mein ho. Amenities mein gym ya club house kitna useful hai, ya bas showpiece hain? Koi batao wahan ka actual community vibe kaisa hai, especially for older couples? Aur hospitals, markets kitne convenient hain? Honestly, for this price, is the carpet area decent or just common areas are grand? Not sure if it's genuinely a good home.

Simran Resident ke bare mein suna hai. Location wise, it's near Aram Bagh area which is decent, but only 4 units total? That means less community vibe and possibly higher maintenance per flat. Possession date 2025-06-01 is also a bit far for an 'ongoing' project. For seniors, immediate possession is better, no?

My friend checked them out. Builder is fairly new, Simran Group. They have one small commercial project delivered, but residential mein this is their first. So track record is a big question mark, as you said.
