3 builders, 5 site visits, 2 months — still no decision. Gurgaon mein property search karna itna difficult hai, I had no idea. Mapsko Builders Sector 80 mein ek project dikhaya, but ab samajh nahi aa raha kaise shortlist karein. Site visit pe kya kya dekhein, kya questions poochein? Pehli baar khareed raha hoon, thoda nervous hoon.

Bhai, you're not alone! Gurgaon mein property dhoondhna is a whole different ball game. I've been looking for 6 months, same story. Mapsko 80 ka naam suna hai, but reviews mixed hain. Site visit pe sabse pehle toh construction quality dekho, aur builder ke past projects ka status poocho. Possession date ki clarity bahut zaroori hai.
