Site visit hack: Ask for your unit's specific layout

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Gurgaon, especially around Sector 109 Dwarka Expressway. One thing I just found out, during an Experion site visit, is to always ask for the *exact* floor plan of your specific unit, not just the generic one. Builders don't volunteer this! Also, OC status ka kya scene hai, kitna time lagta hai? My parents keep saying check everything, but ab samajh nahi aa raha aur kya dekhoon. Any other site visit tips?
