Did a site visit to Dhara Malibu Town Floors last weekend. Builder ka sales pitch toh zabardast tha, but I know the tricks. I'm buying for myself, so need honest opinions. Amenities dikhate hain bahut, but are they genuinely useful? Like, gym, club house... kitna maintenance charge hota hai? Any residents share the real picture, off the record? Good to live in, or just good on paper?
