Site visit to Ghaziabad projects: Thinking about financial stability
Did a site visit to Panchsheel Prime 390 Phase 2 and Jai Ambey Jagdish Puram last weekend. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK near Delhi-Meerut Expressway. My budget is around ₹1 Cr, so both fit. Panchsheel ka naam suna hai, but unki financial health aur project stalling ka darr rehta hai, especially in Ghaziabad. Jai Ambey thoda naya lag raha, loan approvals mein dikkat toh nahi aayegi? Already have a home loan, so don't want any hassle with a new one. Is the price jump worth it for these builders considering their financial stability? Matlab, inka track record kaisa hai for project completion without major hiccups? Ghaziabad mein kaafi options hain but these two caught my eye. What do you guys think about their financial risk and bank approvals? Kisi ko experience hai inke saath? Which one would you pick if you were in my position?
