Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 25 YEIDA. We're looking for a 3BHK for our growing family; schools and safety are huge priorities. My wife's main concern is a good neighbourhood for the kids. I'm seeing prices for a decent 3BHK around ₹90L-₹1.2Cr, which feels like a stretch but possibly worth it for the long term. What's the real ground reality on infra projects like the Aqua Line extension towards Noida Extension? Builders are really hyping future connectivity and Jewar Airport's impact, but I'm worried about timelines. Is the completion really on track, or should we expect significant delays? Also, are properties near these upcoming corridors still affordable, or have prices already shot up too much? Wondering if I should wait or buy now before it's too late. Any advice on this would be great.
