Visited a couple of 2BHKs in Natthu Colony last week. Kids have moved out, so my wife and I want a smaller, low-maintenance flat. Honestly, ab itni badi jagah ki zaroorat nahi. My main concerns: security for my wife, and proximity to good hospitals. These maintenance charges in Noida Extension societies, are they justified? Some places toh ₹5-6 per sqft tak ja rahe hain. Natthu Colony mein what's the actual ground reality? Is it safe for older couples? Are decent medical facilities nearby? Also, for a 2BHK around ₹70-80L, is the resale market strong enough here, agar kabhi need padi toh? Community ka kya feedback hai?

Natthu Colony mein 70-80L for a 2BHK? Bhai, sounds a bit steep for that area, especially for an empty nester looking for low maintenance. I was checking out some properties near Alpha II in Greater Noida, and the prices there for similar configurations are slightly more competitive, or at least you get better amenities for that range. My main concern would be the actual appreciation rate. For resale, isn't Noida Extension still a bit slow compared to established sectors? Also, security for seniors is paramount – what's the ground reality like, especially late evenings?
