Site visited 4 projects last weekend — my honest take

Since January I've been eyeing projects. Okay, I'll say what no one says: DS Heights' price per sqft is totally inflated; no real 5-year appreciation there. JMS The Majestic Floors, despite being upcoming, looks like a far better investment for future ROI. The actual cost vs. potential yield difference is huge. Change my mind.
