Sector 102, Dwarka Expressway — been checking out projects here. I work in real estate but buying for myself, it's a whole different game. Dwarka Expressway almost done, sab bol rahe hain prices will shoot up. But which areas exactly? Like, Sectors 102-113, is it all same for appreciation? Or should I look at something near Global City's future impact? Kya abhi bhi koi affordable option hai for a 3BHK, say around 1.8 Cr? Or sab already priced in ho gaya? Builders ka marketing alag hi chal raha hai, not sure what's real.
