5 site visits in Rasulpur this past month – honestly, I'm more confused now than before starting. First-time buyer here, trying to figure out how to shortlist my first property. My parents keep saying location is everything, but Vamana Group's new project caught my eye. I saw a 2BHK there, decent price around ₹75 lakh, and it looked good. But what should I really be looking for during a site visit beyond just the sample flat? Are there specific things I should ask the builder that they won't volunteer?
