Site visited Ansal Aastha Mig Zone — my honest take so far

Rajkot's Ansal Aastha Mig Zone keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. We're a family with two young kids, so safety and good schools nearby are huge. The price for a completed flat, around 30L, looks decent. But I'm honestly not sure about the area's social infrastructure. Are good schools within 2km? What about hospitals? How are the security features there? Is it really safe for children to play freely? Any parents living there, please share your experience.

Yaar, yeh Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka price toh 30L mein completed flat ke liye sahi lag raha hai, budget mein fit ho raha hai. But I'm also super worried about the social infrastructure. Rajkot mein naye areas mein schools aur hospitals ka issue rehta hai, especially for families with young kids. Any parents here who can confirm if good schools are actually within 2km? Like proper established ones, not just small daycares. And what about the security features? Is it really safe for children to play freely within the complex? My wife is very particular about this.
