Site visited Ansal Aastha Mig Zone – some questions popped up.

Kalawad Road – been looking at 3BHKs around here, currently in a 2BHK near 150 Feet Ring Road. I'm checking out Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. Heard some mixed things, especially about the actual carpet area vs what's advertised. Is it a significant difference with Ansal API projects in Rajkot? Also, what's the possession experience like? Any weird surprises at handover? I'm thinking of upgrading and want to make sure the price jump is worth it. Don't want to get stuck with hidden issues. Any insights would be super helpful.
