Site visited Ansal and Ambika – what's the real story?
Since last Diwali I've been eyeing properties. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 44, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK from Ansal Sushant City or Ambika Florence Park. Already have a home loan, so the price jump needs to be justified. For Ansal API or Ambika Realcon buyers, what was the actual possession experience? Any big surprises or hidden issues at handover? How was subcontractor quality – notice cheap work right after moving in? Is the premium worth it? What's your honest take?

Yaar, Ansal API ka naam toh bahut purana hai (1967 se established, suna hai), but recent track record kuch theek nahi lag raha. Sushant City mein bhi kaafi complaints suni hain. Hidden costs aur quality issues ka darr toh rehta hi hai, especially jab already home loan chal raha ho.

Sushant City mein kaunsa phase? Wahan toh kaafi projects hain Ansal ke, specific project batao toh aur clarity milegi.
Bhai, Ansal API ka toh bahut common issue hai possession delays ka. Mere ek friend ne bhi Ansal ke project mein Rasulpur ke paas booking karayi thi, 2 saal late mila. Quality bhi compromise ki thi.
