Site visited Ashiana Amaltas: My floor premium confusion

Visited Ashiana Amaltas in Sector 45 last weekend. Yaar, I'm so fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Builder ne high floor aur corner unit ke liye itna PLC aur floor-rise premium bataya. Honestly not sure if it's worth the extra cash. Woh bol rahe hain 'no-price-drop policy' hai, but I've heard about spot discounts. Community, what's your take? Should I push for a better deal or just pay the premium for a good view? Kya real negotiation possible hai in Gurgaon?
