Been looking for a 3BHK upgrade since last year, eyeing AU The Sunflower Phase 1 in Ghaziabad. Prices seem quite high for an ongoing project, ₹3 Cr+ ka budget hai. Mera current 2BHK hai. Anyone here invested in AU projects before? Kya unka project delivery track record sahi hai? And for this project specifically, what's the actual rental yield expectation? Not sure if the capital appreciation potential justifies this premium. Bahut confusion hai about the long-term ROI. Is it worth locking in such a big amount?
