Site visited Gaurs Sports Wood — now confused about long-term value
My parents are pushing me to buy in Noida, but I'm worried about the long-term picture. I visited Gaurs Sports Wood; brochure mein toh sab accha lagta hai. But I've heard so many stories about construction quality issues – cracks, seepage after a year or two. As an investor, how badly does this hit resale value? Will it be difficult to find good tenants if the building quality isn't top-notch? Also, amenities ka kya scene hai? Clubhouses, pools, sports facilities – are they actually maintained and used, ya bas brochure mein dikhane ke liye hain? Does having these amenities *really* justify a premium price or attract better tenants for rental income? Or are they just maintenance cost badhane ka tareeka? Not sure what to prioritize for good ROI.
