Site visited Ghaziabad projects last weekend — my honest take
Did a site visit to Aditya World City and RK Krishna Enclave last weekend. Aditya World City ongoing hai, possession risk kam but price high. RK Krishna Enclave upcoming hai, price better but delay ka darr. Total cost, including PLC and registry, Aditya ka zyada lag raha hai. Upcoming mein ROI milega ya ready property ka peace of mind?

Yaar, exactly my dilemma! I'm also a first-time buyer in Ghaziabad and the prices are just insane. Aditya World City ka price sunke toh mera budget hil gaya. RK Krishna Enclave sounds tempting with lower prices but woh delay ka darr sahi mein bahut real hai. Kya karein? Koi advice do please!
U7, Aditya World City mein on average, it's coming out to be around ₹6500-₹7000 per sqft for plots, excluding all the extra charges. Total cost is definitely on the higher side,
Sahi baat hai, budget ka issue hai. But Aditya World City mein per sqft kya rate pad raha hai? Aur RK Krishna Enclave ka kya rate de rahe hain?
