Spent the whole Sunday checking out options on Golf Course Extension Road, mainly M3M and Emaar projects. Prices toh literally sky-high lag rahe hain, especially for 3BHKs. My budget is around ₹2 Cr, but achha option nahi mil raha. Honestly, not sure if Gurgaon's market has peaked already. Dwarka Expressway ka completion ka impact kitna hoga? Yaar, is it still a good investment for 2026-27 for capital appreciation? Aur under-construction lena sahi hai after all the delays, ya ready-to-move hi dekhun?
