Under-construction projects mein delivery risk estimate karna bohot mushkil hai, believe me. Metropark ke Sector 34 waale project ko dekh raha hoon. Site visit pe kya kya dekhna chahiye? Builder ka track record check kar raha but still confused. Hidden costs like stamp duty, registration ke alawa aur kya expect karoon? Parents bolte hain interiors ka bhi bohot kharcha hai.
