Site visited Palm Grande Exclusive Villas – my snagging worries
Did a site visit to Palm Grande Exclusive Villas on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. Show flat looked great, but then I saw an actual under-construction unit. Bhai, thoda doubt ho gaya. Noticed minor cracks near window frames and some uneven plaster work already. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 42, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa for investment. My main concern is how this initial construction quality affects long-term resale value or even future tenant attraction. These small snags later become big maintenance headaches, right? Is the premium for Palm Grande villas justified if the base quality isn't solid? What specific things should one look for during a pre-possession snag list inspection beyond just cosmetic stuff? Any practical hacks to spot hidden issues that might affect ROI?
