Visited a few projects near Sarjapur Road last weekend, and yaar, prices have really shot up. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Bellandur, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a villa. My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr. Main question is, Namma Metro Phase 2/3 expansion aur Peripheral Ring Road ka impact kitna real hai? Builders are pitching huge appreciation near these corridors. Junnasandra mein ek project dekha, unka kehna hai PRR aane se values double ho jaayengi. Is it worth paying a premium now or wait? Already have a home loan, so this EMI jump needs to make sense. Any real experiences near upcoming metro lines or PRR? Kya areas like Yelahanka ya Kanakapura Road mein abhi bhi affordable investment windows hain for a 3BHK?

Yaar, totally relate to this! I also visited Sarjapur Road last month, and the prices for a decent 3BHK are just insane. My budget is similar, around ₹1.8 Cr, and I was hoping to find something good but it feels like everything is already out of reach. Builders are really pushing the metro and PRR narrative hard. It's making me doubt if I should even try upgrading right now.
