Site visited SRV Kamlax Floors — amenities ka sach
Visited SRV Kamlax Floors on Saturday. Brochure mein amenities list bahut lambi thi, but site par kuch aur hi dikha. Kids ke play area ki quality bilkul theek nahi lag rahi. My wife was really disappointed, family ke liye dekh rahe the. Itna paisa dekar bhi aisi cheezein milengi, sahi hai kya? Neighbourhood mein schools ka bhi idea nahi lag raha. Anyone living here? What's your take on actual amenity quality and livability?

It's tough out there for first-time buyers. The market is so competitive, and good projects are hard to find at a reasonable price point. ₹1.9 Cr is a significant investment. My advice would be to look at the RERA details very carefully. See if the amenities listed on the RERA site match the brochure. Sometimes, they list a reduced set of amenities on RERA to avoid legal issues. Also, consider the locality's development plans. Is it near any upcoming infrastructure? That can sometimes offset minor amenity issues, but a kids' play area is non-negotiable for families.
SRV Kamlax Floors... hmm, the name sounds familiar. I almost booked a flat in their other project near Badshahpur a few years ago. Luckily, I backed out. That project got delayed by over a year, and the final delivery was nowhere near what was promised. Amenities were a joke. My friend who bought there is still struggling with maintenance issues. Always check the builder's past projects, especially with ongoing ones.
Thanks for the warning U4. I'm a first-time buyer and these stories scare me. Is there a way to verify their past projects' status or customer reviews online?
This is exactly what I'm afraid of! Builder's track record is so important. A project with only 12 units means they might not have the capital to deliver on all promises if things go south.
Thanks for sharing your honest feedback, U1. I was also considering SRV Kamlax Floors, but this is concerning. The price range is ₹1.9 Cr, which is quite high for an ongoing project with 12 total units. What about the construction quality? Did you notice anything specific about the raw materials or finishings?
U3, I also visited last month. Finishing work started in some parts. Bathroom fittings looked decent, but kitchen area felt a bit cramped for a 3BHK of that price. Not luxury standard, more like basic premium. Builder ki reputation bhi dekhni padegi.
I heard from a broker that these 12 units are all 3BHKs, right? For ₹1.9 Cr, I'd expect top-notch materials and full transparency. If they're already hiding things about amenities, the quality might be an issue too.
Construction quality ka toh abhi se kuch keh nahi sakte jab tak finishing na ho jaaye. But if amenities are already compromised, it's a red flag. Small projects like these sometimes cut corners.
Bhai, totally agree with you! Yeh builders ka common tactic hai. Brochure mein sab kuch grand dikhayenge, reality mein small scale ya phir low quality stuff. I saw a similar thing with another project near Airport Road. They promise Olympic size pool, milta hai ek chhote tub jaisa. ₹1.9 Cr for this project, I hope the structure itself is solid at least.
Exactly! Especially when the possession date is so far, March 2026. Who knows what else will change by then? ₹1.9 Cr for an ongoing project with questionable amenities, it's a big risk for first-time buyers like us.
Haan yaar, woh toh hai. Brochure aur real site mein zameen asmaan ka farak hota hai. Mera friend bhi फस गया था एक builder ke chakkar mein.
