Visited SRV Kamlax Floors on Saturday. Brochure mein amenities list bahut lambi thi, but site par kuch aur hi dikha. Kids ke play area ki quality bilkul theek nahi lag rahi. My wife was really disappointed, family ke liye dekh rahe the. Itna paisa dekar bhi aisi cheezein milengi, sahi hai kya? Neighbourhood mein schools ka bhi idea nahi lag raha. Anyone living here? What's your take on actual amenity quality and livability?

My advice would be to look at the RERA details very carefully. See if the amenities listed on the RERA site match the brochure. Sometimes, they list a reduced set of amenities on RERA to avoid legal issues. Also, consider the locality's development plans. Is it near any upcoming infrastructure? That can sometimes offset minor amenity issues, but a kids' play area is non-negotiable for families.

Construction quality ka toh abhi se kuch keh nahi sakte jab tak finishing na ho jaaye. But if amenities are already compromised, it's a red flag. Small projects like these sometimes cut corners.
Bhai, totally agree with you! Yeh builders ka common tactic hai. Brochure mein sab kuch grand dikhayenge, reality mein small scale ya phir low quality stuff. I saw a similar thing with another project near Airport Road. They promise Olympic size pool, milta hai ek chhote tub jaisa. ₹1.9 Cr for this project, I hope the structure itself is solid at least.
