What's the real story with construction quality affecting long-term ROI in Rajkot projects? I'm scouting Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. Site visits pe rough finishes dikhe hain. My experience says initial snag lists mean big maintenance bills later. Doesn't this hurt tenant attraction and resale value? Yaar, exactly my thoughts! I'm also a first-time buyer looking in Rajkot and Ansal Aastha Mig Zone was on my list. The finishes you mentioned, I saw similar things in another project nearby, maybe not Ansal but same builder type. It makes you wonder if the initial savings on price are just going to be eaten up by future maintenance.
