What's the real story with construction quality affecting long-term ROI in Rajkot projects? I'm scouting Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. Site visits pe rough finishes dikhe hain. My experience says initial snag lists mean big maintenance bills later. Doesn't this hurt tenant attraction and resale value?
