I'm not sure what actual red flags to look for during the visit itself. What are those hidden things nobody points out? Like, should I be checking water pressure, window quality, or something about the common areas specifically? What about paperwork – is there anything crucial I should ask to see *on site* before even thinking about booking? My parents keep saying 'just look at the finish', but it feels superficial.
