I'm looking at my first property in Rajkot, checking out places in Krishna Kunj and some Ansal API projects. Honestly, every time I go, the sales team just talks about carpet area and amenities. I'm not sure what actual red flags to look for during the visit itself. What are those hidden things nobody points out? Like, should I be checking water pressure, window quality, or something about the common areas specifically? What about paperwork – is there anything crucial I should ask to see *on site* before even thinking about booking? My parents keep saying 'just look at the finish', but it feels superficial. Change my mind. What's your real site visit checklist for a first-timer?
