What are the real hidden costs beyond the property price in Delhi? I'm looking at a 2 BHK in Jasola, maybe from Deals Point, and my budget is already stretched. Builders just quote the base price. But for site visits, what should one actually check? Sales reps just show the sample flat. Koi tips hain ki kya sawal poochne chahiye jo wo khud nahi batayenge? Ya kya red flags dekhne hain? Parents bolte hain 'sab chalta hai', but I'm not so sure about that.
