Site visits are tough, but what's the real ground truth?

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Rajkot. I'm based in Dubai, so Ansal Aastha Mig Zone ka site visit is tough. Okay, I'll say what no one says: most new projects mein construction quality is a joke after a year. Cracks, seepage — does this kill resale value for investors? And these high maintenance charges, are they really worth it? Disagree? Tell me why.
