Been looking at flats for a while. For projects like Shubh Veda, I bring a marble to check floor slopes. It's a small hack for construction quality. Any other hidden tips?

OMG, this marble trick is genius! Why didn't I think of this? I've been feeling so lost during site visits, everything looks good on the surface, but deep down I know something's off. Shubh Veda is one of the projects on my radar too, the price range is a bit high for me, but the location seems promising. But yaar, ₹1.6 Cr for an UPCOMING project with possession in 2030? That's a huge wait. Any other red flags or green flags for Shubh Veda specifically? I'm so nervous about making the wrong choice.
